摘要
创新创业教育在深化高校人才培养模式改革中越来越受到重视,如在课程体系构建、师资队伍建设、双创教育平台搭建等方面均进行了有益的尝试和探索。然而高等医学院校由于受专业限制、课程设置、传统思维模式的影响,创新创业教育面临着诸多困境。本文结合学校实际,从政校企合作的角度出发,对三方合作开展创新创业教育的方式进行探索和实践,为"大众创业、万众创新"顺利推进奠定坚实的基础,为深化创新创业教育改革贡献力量。
Against the background of nation-wide university educational reform,innovation and entrepreneurship(IE)education is receiving ever more attention.There has been research and discussion on the choice of curricula,teaching force and the construction of a innovation-entrepreneurship platform.However,due to the limits posed by majors in medical colleges,course designs and the influence of conventional thinking patterns,the IE education is faced with multiple obstacles.Based on first-hand facts about medical college,this article seeks to explore ways to implement IE education through close cooperation among the government,the college and the enterprises,so as to facilitate the realization of“Entrepreneurship by all,Innovation by all”policy and make contribution to the IE education reform.
