摘要
目的:探究迪瑞FUS-2000全自动尿液分析仪性能。方法:选择临床新鲜尿液为标本,利用标本稀释液依据实验要求配置悬液,在校准迪瑞FUS-2000全自动尿液分析仪后,对上述悬液进行检测,验证蛋白质检测效果,并以人工镜检方式验证FUS-2000全自动分析仪白细胞、红细胞符合率,结果:白蛋白检测接近规范要求0.15g/L,FUS-2000分析仪符合要求,WBC灵敏度是90.32%,整体诊断准确度高达96.15%。RBC检测灵敏度是93.33%,整体诊断准确度为96.92%,表明此仪器稳定性、准确度均与标准相符。结论:在尿液分析中,应用迪瑞FUS-2000仪器,尿液检测符合标准规范要求,建议推广。
Objective:To explore the performance of Dirui FUS-2000 automatic urine analyzer.Methods:Fresh clinical urine was selected as the sample,and the suspension was prepared according to the experimental requirements by using the diluent of the sample.After the calibration of Dirui FUS-2000 automatic urine analyzer,the suspension was detected to verify the effect of protein detection,and the coincidence rate of white blood cells and red blood cells of FUS-2000 automatic analyzer was verified by manual microscopy,Results:The detection of albumin was close to the standard requirement of 0.15g/L,the sensitivity of WBC was 90.32%,and the overall diagnostic accuracy was 96.15%.The sensitivity of RBC was 93.33%,and the overall diagnostic accuracy was 96.92%,which showed that the stability and accuracy of the instrument were consistent with the standard.Conclusion:In the urine analysis,the application of Dirui FUS-2000 instrument,urine detection in line with the requirements of the standard specification,it is recommended to promote.
