摘要
目的探讨迪瑞FUS-2000全自动尿沉渣分析仪的性能评价分析。方法随机抽取部分住院患者和门诊患者尿液标本共1 800份,用FUS-2000全自动尿分析仪进行检测,记录结果,将结果与显微镜镜检对比。结果检测1 800份尿标本,以显微镜镜检为标准,真阳性率73.78%,假阳性率26.22%;真阴性率43.78%,假阴性率4.38%;灵敏度94.38%;特异性52.53%。结论 FUS-2000分析仪能快速、准确地测定尿中的多项参数,但由于存在许多干扰因素,容易出现部分假阳性和假阴性,故仪器法不能完全取代尿沉渣镜检法。
Objective To discuss on performance evaluation on Dirui FUS- 2000 automatic urine sediment analyzer. Methods A total of 1 800 urine samples were collected randomly from inpatients and outpatients. The results were recorded by FUS-2000 automated urine analyzer. Results The true positive rate was 73.78%, the false positive rate was 26.22%, the false negative rate was 43.78%, the false negative rate was 4.38%, the sensitivity was 94.38%, specificity was 52.53%. Conclusion FUS-2000 analyzer can parameters in urine determination of quickly and accurately, but because there are many interference factors, prone to some false positive and false negative, so the instrument can not completely replace the urinary sediment microscopy.
