摘要
目的:制作血尿程度比色尺,应用于血尿患者的尿液观察及评估血尿程度,为病情观察及判断治疗效果提供科学依据。方法:通过使用纯血液与尿液滴定的办法制作不同浓度的血尿标本,根据1 L新鲜尿液中红细胞的占比所显示的颜色而制作血尿程度比色尺,分为0、1、2、3、4、5、6、7共8个色号,逐渐梯度递增浓度,颜色也随之加深,0为无色,血液浓度为0;1为淡黄,血液浓度为0.125%;2为微红,血液浓度为0.25%;3为淡红,血液浓度为0.5%;4为浅红,血液浓度为1%,5为鲜红,血液浓度为2%;6为深红,血液浓度为4%;7为暗红,血液浓度为8%。使用时血尿程度比色卡对着尿液进行判读,尿液颜色与血尿程度比色尺相对应的色号读数,判断数字为几号就可判断血尿的严重程度。结果:制作血尿程度比色尺原理科学,方法简便,取材方便,制作精美,经济实用耐用。使用血尿程度比色尺方便,直观,评估具体准确,达到医护患评估结果同质性。结论:血尿程度评估尺的制作及在评估血尿中的应用使用简便,读数清晰,一目了然,结果科学准确客观。
Objective:To make a color scale of hematuria for urine observation and evaluation of hematuria on hematuria patients,in order to provide scientific basis for observation and judgment of therapeutic effect.Methods:By using pure blood and urine titration method to make different concentrations of hematuria specimens,according to the color displayed by the proportion of red blood cells in 1 liter of fresh urine,the hematuria degree color scale was made,which was divided into 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7 a total of 8 color numbers,gradually increased the concentration,the color also deepened,0 was colorless,the blood concentration was 0.1 was light yellow,with a blood concentration of 0.125%.2 was reddish,with a blood concentration of 0.25%.3 was light red,with a blood concentration of 0.5%.4 was pale red,with a blood concentration of 1%.5 was bright red,with a blood concentration of 2%.6 was deep red,with a blood concentration of 4%.7 was dull-red,with a blood concentration of 8%.When used the hematuria degree color chart,the number of judgment numbers could be used to judge the severity of hematuria.Results:The principle of making a color scale of hematuria was scientific,the method was simple,the material was convenient,the production was exquisite,the economy was practical and durable.It was convenient,intuitive and accurate to use hematuria scale to achieve homogeneity of medical and patients'evaluation results.Conclusion:The preparation of color scale of hematuria and its application in the evaluation of hematuria are simple,the reading is clear,the results are scientific,accurate and objective.
