摘要
师资队伍是高校健康发展的重要力量,是双高计划得以顺利实施的必要保障,同时也是高校提高和保障教学质量的先决条件。在双高背景下,高校应明确双高计划对高校人才培养的要求,确定师资队伍建设的内容,明确建设现状,进而提出相应的师资建设路径。对此本文结合双高计划的理论内涵,分析高校师资队伍的建设问题,提出相应的建设路径。
The faculty is an important force for the healthy development of universities,a necessary guarantee for the smooth implementation of the double-high plan,and a prerequisite for universities to improve and guarantee the quality of teaching.In the context of double-high,colleges and universities should clarify the requirements of college talents,determine the content of the construction of the teaching staff,clarify the construction status,and then propose corresponding teacher construction paths.In this regard,this article combines the theoretical connotation of the doublehigh plan,analyzes the construction of the teaching staff of universities,and proposes the corresponding construction path.
