一株饲用贝莱斯芽孢杆菌的分离鉴定及其生理特性 被引量:13

摘要 本试验以淀粉培养基和羧甲基纤维素钠培养基为筛选培养基,自AA+白羽肉鸡肠道中分离到1株高产淀粉酶和纤维素酶的细菌菌株CY-03,经形态学和分子生物学鉴定,确定该菌株为贝莱斯芽孢杆菌(Bacillus velezensis)。对该菌株的产酶能力及其生物安全性进行了初步研究,试验结果表明:菌株CY-03具有高产淀粉酶和纤维素酶的特性,摇瓶液体酶活分别为89.47 U/mL和65.63 U/mL。并以斑马鱼为宿主进行高浓度菌液饲养试验,饲喂30 d的斑马鱼状态正常。表明该菌株具有较丰富的产酶能力,对生物安全,在生物饲料领域具有较好开发潜力。 Using starch medium and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose medium as the selection medium,a bacterial strain CY-03 with high production of amylase and cellulase was isolated from the intestine of AA+white feather broilers.The morphology and molecular biology scientific identification confirmed that the strain was Bacillus velezensis.A preliminary study on the enzyme-producing ability and biological safety of the strain has been carried out.The test results showed that the strain CY-03 had the characteristics of high producing amylase and cellulase,and the liquid enzyme activity was 89.47 U/mL and 65.63 U/mL,respectively.The zebrafish was used as a host to carry out a highconcentration bacterial culture feeding experiment,and the zebrafish were fed for 30 days in a normal state.The test results indicated that the strain had abundant enzymeproducing ability,was biosafe,and had good development potential in the field of biological feed.
