摘要
目的:探讨戴明循环(PDCA)管理法在除颤仪质量控制管理中的应用效果,提高除颤仪应用质量,降低设备故障率。方法:按照PDCA管理活动的计划(Plan)、执行(Do)、检查(Check)和行动(Action)4个阶段,运用鱼骨图法对“人、机、料、法、环”5个元素进行分析,总结影响除颤仪质量的常见风险点,建立并完善医院除颤仪质量控制管理体系,通过加强设备与人员培训、完善制度预案、落实应急调配演练、动态化质量控制检测以及定期设备保养等一系列措施,持续改进除颤仪质量控制管理体系。结果:PDCA管理法提高了除颤仪应用质量,2019年除颤仪故障频数比2018年降低48.7%,质量控制检测合格率提升63.2%,应急调配时间全部控制在3 min以内。结论:PDCA管理法使除颤仪质量控制管理工作更加科学、有效和可持续,构建的质量控制体系使质量控制管理工作更加标准化、规范化和流程化,设备应用更加安全。
Objective:To explore the application effect of the PDCA management method in the quality control management of defibrillator,improve the application quality of defibrillators,and reduce equipment failure rate.Methods:According to the four stages of the PDCA management activities plan,do,check and action,the common risk points affecting the quality of defibrillation were analyzed from five elements of"human,machine,material,method and environment"by fishbone diagram method,and the quality control management system of defibrillation in hospital was established and improved continuously with a series of measures such as strengthening personnel training,perfecting the system plan,implementing emergency deployment drills,dynamic quality control testing and regular equipment maintenance.Results:The application quality of defibrillator was improved by the PDCA management method.In 2019,defibrillator failure frequency was reduced by 48.7%compared with 2018,the pass rate of quality control testing increased by 63.2%,and the emergency deployment time was all controlled within 3 minutes.Conclusion:The PDCA management method can make the quality control management of defibrillator more scientific,effective and sustainable,and the quality control system could be constructed to make the quality control management more standardized,regulated and streamlined,and the equipment application safer.
