摘要
目的降低心脏除颤器使用中的潜在风险,进一步深化心脏除颤器质量控制工作。方法依据国家计量技术规范,采用Phase 3除颤器分析仪对心脏除颤器进行质量控制检测,检测项目包括工作正常性检查、同步模式检测、充电时间检查、除颤后心电输入信号的恢复时间、释放能量检测等。结果 2015-2016年检测除颤器133台次,对质量控制项目不合格的原因进行了分析,并提出相应解决方法和维护措施。结论在实际临床中,心脏除颤器质量控制不应单纯以其质量控制项不合格率的降低为指标,而应以除颤器是否处于有效过程控制中为目标。
Objective To reduce the potential risk of cardiac defibrillators in their use, and to further deepen the quality control of cardiac defibrillators. Methods According to national measurement technology criterions, Phase 3 Defibrillator Analyzer was adopted to perform a quality control test of cardiac defibrillators, including normal inspection, synchronous mode testing and charging time inspection, post-defibrillation ECG(Electrocardiograph) input signal recovery time, energy discharge testing etc. Results Altogether 133 defibrillators were tested from 2015 to 2016. The unqualified reasons of cardiac defibrillator quality control items were analyzed and relevant measures and solutions were put forward. Conclusion In clinical practices, the quality control of the cardiac defibrillator should focus on whether it was in the effective control process rather than simply on the reduced failure rate of the unqualified cardiac defibrillator quality control items.
