摘要 尿路上皮癌胚抗原1(urothelial carcinoma antigen 1,UCA1)是首先在膀胱癌中被发现的特异性表达的LncRNA分子,近年研究表明UCA1在泌尿系统肿瘤(膀胱癌、肾癌、前列腺癌)中均有不同程度的表达,发挥癌基因作用。微小RNA(miRNA)是一类短序非编码的小RNA,具有调节基因表达的能力,在多种肿瘤中发挥癌基因或抑癌基因的作用。大量与肿瘤等疾病相关的研究表明LncRNA-UCA1与miRNAs之间可通过相互调控来影响肿瘤的形成和进展。本文回顾了近年LncRNA-UCA1与miRNAs在泌尿系统肿瘤(膀胱癌、肾癌、前列腺癌)中的研究进展,以期为与此相关的研究提供参考。 Urothelial carcinoembryonic antigen 1(UCA1)is the first LncRNA molecule found to be specifically expressed in bladder cancer.Recent studies have shown that UCA1 is expressed in different degrees in urinary system tumors(bladder cancer,renal cancer,prostate cancer)and plays an oncogene role.MicroRNAs(miRNAs)are a class of short-order non-coding small RNAs with the ability to regulate gene expression and play the role of oncogenes or tumor suppressor genes in a variety of tumors.A large number of studies related to tumors and other diseases have shown that LncRNA-UCA1 and miRNAs can affect the formation and progression of tumors through mutual regulation.This article reviews the research progress of LncRNA-UCA1 and miRNAs in urinary system tumors(bladder cancer,renal cancer,prostate cancer)in recent years,in order to provide references for related research.
