摘要
长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)是一类转录本长度大于200 nt,不具有翻译成蛋白质能力的RNA。lncRNA DANCR是一种近年来在肝细胞癌中发现的特异性高表达的长链非编码RNA,具有高度调控细胞分化的作用。最新研究表明,lncRNA DANCR在关节软骨损伤修复中也起着重要的调控作用,并有望成为促进滑膜间充质干细胞(synovium-derived mesenchymal stem cells,SMSCs)向软骨细胞增殖和分化的关键调控位点。文中就近年来DANCR促进SMSCs向软骨细胞增殖和分化过程中的作用及未来可能的研究热点进行综述。
Long non-coding RNA(LncRNA) is an RNA molecule that is longer than 200 nucleotides and is not translated into a protein. LncRNA DANCR has been identified in hepatoeellular carcinoma (HCC) and markedly increased sternness features of HCC cells to promote tumorigenesis. Recent studies show that DANCR contributes to the differentiation and proliferation of synovium-derived mesenehymal stem cell (SMSCs) and may be as a key point for this process. This article reviews the role of long non-coding RNA DANCR in enhancing ehondrogenic differentiation and proliferation of human SMSCs.
