摘要
"角色扮演,分组教学,跟岗实训"三位一体创新教学模式依托现代学徒制,将企业实际工作案例融入课堂教学内容,学院的"分组教学"与企业的"跟岗实训"相结合,教学过程实现了"教、学、做"大融合。创新教学评价模式,形成"三册一体"教育跟踪评价体系,实现了能力+素质的全面教育。结果表明:学生进入企业工作后能迅速地适应工作环境,良好的综合素养得到了企业的认可,真正实现了"零距离上岗"。该教学模式可以实现学校、企业和学生的多方共赢。
The Trinity innovative teaching mode of"role play,group teaching and on-the-job training"relies on the modern apprenticeship system,integrates the continuous improvement of the actual work cases of enterprises into the classroom teaching content,combines the"group teaching"of the college with the "on-the-job training"of enterprises,and realizes the great integration of"teaching,learning and doing"in the teaching process. Innovative teaching evaluation mode,the formation of"three volumes in one"education tracking evaluation system,to achieve the ability + quality of comprehensive education. The results show that: students can quickly adapt to the working environment after entering the enterprise,good comprehensive quality is recognized by the enterprise,and truly realize the"zero distance work". This teaching mode can achieve a win-win situation for schools,enterprises and students.
