摘要
传统学徒制是原始的职业教育,其价值不仅是历史的,对现代职业教育也发挥着积极作用。从分析传统学徒制原生态环境出发,提取到其六方面的基因特征:植根于手工业,技能专门化,采用现场教学,实施实践评价,实行个别教学,教育管理以师徒契约为基础。现代职业教育的发展应继承传统学徒制优秀基因,使其在职业教育理论研究和应用中发挥更精准的指导作用。
Traditional apprenticeship is the original vocational education, and it didn＇t only have history value, but also has implications to modern vocational education. From the original ecological environment of traditional apprenticeship, it can be refined six kinds of genes in traditional apprenticeship： rooted in handicraft industry, skills specialization, adopt spot teaching, implement practical evaluation and individual teaching, etc. The development of modem vocational educa- tion should inherit the excellent genes of traditional apprenticeship, and make it play more precise guiding function in the- oretic research and application of vocational education.
