摘要
针对某型发动机燃油增压泵燃油润滑油掺混故障,进行了故障排查、原因分析,并提出了改进措施。燃油润滑油掺混故障的根本原因是燃油增压泵燃油漏油量超标,泄漏的大量燃油通过其它产品的漏油管道返流到发动机附件机匣安装座,通过皮碗密封结构进入润滑油系统,造成燃油润滑油掺混。针对燃油漏油量超标问题,提出增大静环座与石墨环配合间隙的措施,同时改进测量方法。
For a fuel and lubricant blending fault in the fuel booster pump of a certain type of engine,the fault investigation and cause analysis were carried out,and the corrective measures were put forward.The primary cause of the fuel and lubricant blending fault is that the fuel leakage of the fuel booster pump exceeds the standard.A large amount of leaked fuel flows back to the mounting seat of the engine accessory case through the leakage pipeline of other products,and enters the lubricant system through the cup packing structure,resulting in mixing of fuel oil and lubricant.Aiming at the problem of excessive fuel leakage,countermeasure to increase the clearance between the stationary ring seat and the graphite ring was proposed,and the measuring method was improved.
