摘要
发动机油底壳漏油问题是由综合性因素导致,必须进行系统性分析才能找到根本原因。文章通过某型号发动机油底壳漏油问题进行综合分析,查出涂胶结合面清洁度较差是主要原因,并对装配过程进行优化和改进,最终解决漏油问题。
The oil leakage problem of the engine oil pan is caused by comprehensive factors. A systematic analysis must be performed to find the root cause. This article analyzes the oil leakage problem of a certain type of engine oil pan and finds that the cleanliness of the rubberized joint is poor. This is the main reason, and the assembly process is optimized and improved to finally solve the oil leakage problem.
