摘要
变压器在供电系统中具有重要作用,为保证其安全运行,探讨更稳定可靠的检测装置具有重要现实意义和实用价值。该文提供了一种用于变压器油箱开裂试验的装置,填补了现有检测设备的空白,实现该试验的检测方法更安全可靠,可以有效防止试验过程中液压超标对变压器油箱造成损坏,以及在试验过程中变压器油箱出现开裂漏油情况时可以尽快采取有效措施减少变压器漏油量。该装置能准确、快速地测试出变压器油箱的抗开裂能力;使用过程中可以随时调整变压器油箱内压力大小,保证变压器油箱不受损,减少漏油量。
Transformer plays an important role in the power supply system.In order to ensure its safe operation,exploring more stable and reliable testing devices is of great practical significance and practical value.This paper provides a device for cracking test of transformer tank.It fills the blank of existing testing equipment,and realizes that the detection method of this test is more safe and reliable.It can effectively prevent the damage of transformer tank caused by hydraulic exceeding the standard during the test,and can take effective measures to reduce the oil leakage of transformer as soon as possible when the cracking oil leakage of transformer tank occurs during the test.The device can accurately and quickly test the anti-cracking ability of the transformer tank.And it can adjust the pressure in the transformer tank at any time during the use process to ensure that the transformer tank is not damaged and reduce the oil leakage.
