摘要
“十四五”时期我国将面临日趋复杂的国际国内环境。为有效应对国际国内环境变化和实现区域经济高质量发展的目标,党的十九届五中全会对区域经济发展作出了全新部署,区域发展战略出现了新的特征。文章基于对“十四五”时期国内外发展环境的分析,从实现经济区的协调发展、提高国家中心城市承载力、以县城为枢纽推进城市化进程与乡村振兴相衔接、注重缩小区域发展差距等四个方面提出推动区域经济高质量发展的政策建议。
During the 14th Five-year Plan period,China will face an increasingly complex international and domestic environment.In order to effectively respond to international and domestic environmental changes and achieve the goal of high-quality development of regional economy,the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee has made a new deployment for the regional economy development,and new characteristics have emerged in the regional development strategy.Based on the analysis of the development environment at home and abroad during the"14th five year plan"period,this paper puts forward four policy suggestions to promote the high-quality development of regional economy,including realizing the coordinated development of economic zones,improving the carrying capacity of national central cities,taking the county as the hub to promote the convergence of urbanization process and rural revitalization,and paying attention to narrowing the regional development gap.
