摘要
俄罗斯太平洋地区指的是俄罗斯太平洋沿岸的海洋专属经济区领海和领土,虽然地处偏远,与最发达的中央地区相距十分遥远,但面积广阔,自然资源丰富,开发潜力巨大。丰富的自然资源除了满足本国市场的需求外,可利用太平洋海运和西伯利亚大铁路优势,面向中日韩东亚大市场、东南亚、南亚和太平洋地区开放国外市场。为了充分开发俄罗斯太平洋地区的资源潜力,发挥经济地理位置优越、港口基础设施发达等市场竞争优势,需要结合地区具体情况制定长期发展战略。
The Pacific Russia refers to the territorial waters and territories of the maritime exclusive economic zone on the Pacific coast of Russia. Although it is remote and far away from the most developed central region, it has a vast area, rich natural resources and huge development potential. In addition to meeting the needs of the domestic market, the abundant natural resources can take advantage of the Pacific Ocean Shipping and the Trans-Siberian Railway to open up market in East Asian, like China, Japan, Korea, and Southeast Asia, South Asia and the Pacific. In order to fully exploit the resource potential of Pacific Russia and give play to market competitive advantages such as its superior economic location and developed port infrastructure, it is necessary to formulate a long-term development strategy based on specific regional conditions.
