摘要
针对残膜回收中膜土分离时土壤和残膜产生堆积和拥堵的问题,设计了一种膜土分离装置。为了深入研究影响膜土分离装置工作性能的因素,确定膜土分离装置的最佳工作条件,对膜土分离装置进行了理论分析和台架试验。以间距(同一挂膜块上相邻两个挂膜钉间的距离)、锥角(挂膜钉端部圆锥的圆锥角)和速比(膜土混合物进入膜土分离装置前的速度与传送带的线速度的比值)为主要因素,去土率为评价指标,对膜土分离装置进行三因素三水平响应面试验。通过Design-Expert数据分析软件,分析了各因素对去土率的显著性,结果表明:三因素对去土率的影响程度为速比>间距>锥角;当间距为90.23mm、锥角为34.60°、速比为0.81时,膜土分离装置能较好地完成膜土分离。
In order to solve the problem of accumulation and congestion of soil and membrane during the separation of membrane and soil, a membrane-soil separation device has been designed. In order to study the factors which affect the performance of the membrane-soil separator and determine the optimum working conditions of the membrane-soil separator, the theoretical analysis and bench test of the membrane-soil separator have been carried out. The main factors are the spacing(the distance between two adjacent hanging film nails on the same hanging film block), the cone Angle(the cone Angle of the cone at the end of the hanging film nail) and the Velocity ratio(the ratio of the velocity of the membrane soil mixture before it enters the membrane soil separation device to the linear velocity of the conveyor belt). The soil removal rate is taken as the evaluation index, and the three-factor three-level response surface test has been carried out for the membrane-soil separation device. By using Design-Expert data analysis software, the significance of each factor to soil removal rate has been analyzed. The results show that the three factors influence soil removal rate from big to small is velocity ratio, distance, cone angle. When the distance is 90.23 mm, the cone angle is 34.60°and the velocity ratio is 0.81, the membrane-soil separation device can complete the membrane-soil separation well.
