摘要
目的探讨参附注射液对老年重症肺炎疗效。方法选择2019年3月—2020年3月在医院进行重症监护病房治疗的肺炎患者30例,随机分为两组,对照组15例常规西医治疗,实验组在对照组基础上采用参附注射液。患者入院治疗对比两组血气指标、ICU停留时间、序贯器官衰竭评估评分,比较两组治疗效果和不良反应发生、住院和预后情况。结果实验组动脉血氧分压(Pa O2、Hac)均明显优于对照组,实验组ICU停留时间、病死率均低于对照组(P<0.05);有效率实验组优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论对老年重症肺炎患者进行参附注射液治疗,能明显缩短ICU停留时间,患者血气指标维持效果较好,能改善患者预后。
Objective To explore the curative effect of Shenfu injection on elderly patients with severe pneumonia.Method 30 cases of pneumonia patients who were treated in the intensive care unit in the hospital from March 2019 to March2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group had 15 cases treated by conventional Western medicine,and the experimental group was treated with Shenfu injection on the basis of the control group.liquid.The patients were admitted to the hospital and compared the blood gas indicators,ventilator and antibiotic application days,and sequential organ failure assessment scores between the two groups,and compared the two groups’ treatment effects and adverse reactions,hospitalization and prognosis.Results The arterial oxygen partial pressure(Pa O2,Hac) of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group.The SOFA score,ICU stay time,total length of hospitalization,ventilator application days,and mortality rate of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P < 0.05);The effective rate of the experimental group is better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion The treatment of elderly patients with severe pneumonia with Shenfu injection can significantly shorten the number of days of antibiotics and ventilator application,maintain the blood gas index of the patients,and improve the prognosis of the patients.
