摘要
为解决某300 MW机组锅炉存在喷氨量大,氨逃逸大造成空预器阻塞导致运行阻力大,SCR出口几个测点氮氧化物浓度不一致,脱硝出口NOx值与烟囱入口NOx值不对应,变负荷时烟囱入口NOx值响应慢导致喷氨无法投自动等问题。为了优化脱硝装置运行效果进行优化改造。综合改造前后各项统计数据分析,脱硝喷氨优化改造后,机组喷氨量至少下降10%,改造效果较好。喷氨量减少,反应效率增加,可以使NH3逃逸降低,进而空预器、布袋除尘器因硫酸氢铵堵塞的问题会有缓解。
In order to solve the problem of the large amount of ammonia injection in a 300 MW unit boiler,the large ammonia escape caused the air preheater to block and the operation resistance was large,the nitrogen oxide concentration at several measuring points at the SCR outlet was inconsistent,and the NOx value at the denitrification outlet did not correspond to the NOx value at the chimney inlet.The slow response of the NOx value at the inlet of the chimney under load causes problems such as the failure of automatic injection of ammonia injection.In order to optimize the operation effect of the denitrification device,the optimization transformation is carried out.Comprehensive analysis of various statistical data before and after the transformation,after the optimized transformation of denitrification and ammonia injection,the ammonia injection rate of the unit will be reduced by at least 10%,and the transformation effect is good.The reduction in the amount of ammonia injection and the increase in reaction efficiency can reduce the escape of NH3,and the problem of air preheater and bag filter blockage due to ammonium bisulfate will be alleviated.
