摘要
《景岳全书·妇人规》是明代医家张景岳妇科学思想的代表作,其汲取前人思想之精华,结合自身临证经验,详细介绍了胎孕类病证的病因病机、治则治法、遣方用药、调摄宜忌等。对滑胎病证认识全面,提出“预培其损”,论治独具特色。现通过具体阐述《妇人规》中滑胎及安胎之法,探析张氏论治滑胎的特色学术思想,发现张氏强调滑胎重在预防,临证治疗上不拘泥于古,主张辨寒热虚实,灵活处方用药,又列举出诸多妊娠禁忌,呼吁重视妊娠调摄,防伤胎元,倡导以防治结合论治滑胎。
Complete Works of ZHANG Jingyue·Women's Rules was a representative gynecology work of ZHANG Jingyue in Ming Dynasty.The book introduced the etiology and pathogenesis,therapeutic principles,prescriptions,and indication and contraindication of nursing and regulation in terms of gestational diseases in details by referring the essence of predecessors'thoughts and combining with his own clinical experiences.He had a comprehensive understanding in the syndrome of habitual abortion,and put forward the idea of"preventing damage beforehand"and came up with unique treatments.This study analyzed ZHANG's academic thought on the treatment of habitual abortion by elaborating the methods of preventing miscarriage in Women's Rules.It is found that ZHANG Jingyue emphasized the importance of prevention,the clinical treatment was not rigidly adhere to the ancient,he advocated differentiating cold and heat,deficiency and excess,and flexibly made the prescription;he listed many taboos of pregnancy,called for the regulation of pregnancy to prevent damaging fetus,and paid attention to the combination of prevention and treatment.
