摘要
[目的]研究《妇人规·安胎》学术思想及方药运用特点。[方法]运用统计学方法对《妇人规·安胎》中记载的安胎方药进行归纳,分析所用方剂中药物的药性、药味、归经、功效,并结合其辨证规律和临证思路,总结张景岳安胎的组方用药特色及学术思想。[结果]张景岳安胎方共有63首,其中补阵方14首,数量最多,使用频次最高;性味上以甘温为主;归经上,以归脾经最多,肾肝肺次之;功效上,补益药使用最多,其中以补气血为主。[结论]张景岳治疗胎动不安强调辨证论治,偏重甘温补益,重视益气养血、调补脾肾,组方用药精专和缓,师古不泥古,其学术思想值得现代临床学习和借鉴。
[Objective]To study the academic thoughts of 'Women’s Rules·Anti-abortion' and the application characteristics of prescriptions.[Method]Using statistical methods to summarize and analyze the herbs′ properties, flavors, channel tropisms and effects by 'Women’s Rules·Anti-abortion'. Through the understanding and exploration of its syndrome differentiation law and clinical evidence, summed up the characteristic of herbal application and academic thoughts of ZHANG Jingyue’s prescriptions. [Result]ZHANG Jingyue had 63 prescriptions for fetal restlessness, including the largest number of tonic formulae 14, with the highest frequency of use;The choice of medicative taste was more partial to the product of sweet-warm;Drugs to the spleen the most, kidney liver lung less;Most of the prescriptions used and tonic drugs, especially for replenishing Qi and blood.[Conclusion]The treatment of fetal dysplasia by ZHANG Jingyue emphasizes dialectical treatment, emphasizes the supplement of sweet-warm, emphasizes the replenishment of Qi and blood,and the regulation of spleen and kidney, and uses prescription medicine to calm down. The ancient thinking is not muddy, and its academic thought is worthy of modern clinical study and reference. The prescription selection of medicine is precise, simple and mild, learning the ancients, but with their own thinking. Its academic thought is worthwhile to be learned and used for reference.
