摘要
复发性流产归属于中医学'滑胎'范畴,常由肾虚、脾肾两虚、血瘀、气血虚弱、情志因素、外伤等原因导致冲任损伤,胎元不固,而屡孕屡堕。中医治疗复发性流产一贯遵循'预培其损'的防治原则,结合个体化差异,因时制宜,阶段性治疗。'预培其损'的思想在复发性流产的孕前调理、孕后防流保胎过程中有实际的指导作用。
Recurrent abortion belongs to the category of'Habitual Abortion'in traditional Chinese medicine.It is often caused by such reasons as deficiency of kidney,deficiency of spleen and kidney,blood stasis,weakness of qi and blood,emotional factors,trauma and other causes lead to injury of Chongren,unstable fetus,and repeated pregnancies and abortions.Chinese medicine treatment of recurrent abortion has always followed the prevention and treatment principle of'Compensating weakness in advance',combined with individual differences,timely treatment and staged treatment.The idea of'Compensating weakness in advance'has practical guiding role in the process of preconditioning and preventing and protecting the fetus after recurrent abortion.
