摘要
结合万福煤矿副井轻车线工程实例,针对矿井传统支模砌碹存在施工效率低、劳动强度高、成形质量差等的不足,提出了深部矿井巷道液压模板台车砌碹施工技术。介绍了模板台车设计与现场调试过程,并对液压模板台车砌碹施工工艺与技术要求作了阐述,现场应用效果良好。
In combined with a light load line engineering in an auxiliary shaft of Wanfu Mine as a construction case,according to a low construction efficiency,high labor intensity,poor forming quality and other shortages existed in the mine conventional support formwork lining,the paper provided a lining construction technology of a hydraulic formwork jumbo in the deep mine roadway.The paper introduced the design of the formwork jumbo and the site adjustment procedure.The paper stated the lining construction technology and the technical requirements of hydraulic formwork jumbo.The site application effect was excellent.
