摘要
天津周大福金融中心工程塔楼核心筒采用整体顶升平台进行核心筒墙体施工,顶升平台下挂模板系统采用夹具施工钢模板体系,该工程顶升平台模板系统结合挂架系统滑梁设计模板悬吊横梁有效解决模板悬吊安全及受力问题,通过钢木结合技术、配模设计、钢模板夹具等多项技术解决了该工程结构多变、层高变化大、模板周转次数要求高等难题。
Core tube of Tianjin CTF Financial Center project tower building uses integral lifting platform to construct core tube wall,lifting platform hanging under the formwork system uses fixture construction steel formwork system,the lifting platform of the project is combined with the design of the platform,and the suspension beam is designed to effectively solve the problem of suspension and stress. Through the combination of steel and wood technology,with mold design,steel formwork fixture and many other technologies solve the project structure changeable,great change in the level of large,high requirement of formwork turnover times and so on.
