摘要
目的展示两种培养方案的现状及探讨如何优化现有培养方案。方法通过对比现阶段两种培养方式以及剖析现阶段国家对于全科口腔医生的需求,总结了两种培养方式的特点以及培养出医学人才的类型。结果“5+3”一体化口腔医学生培养方案是口腔高水平人才培养的重要模式之一,在学生整体素质、培养连贯性等方面区别于传统5年制本科。结论对现有培养方案提出了改进,需要对“5+3”一体化培养的学生实施课程设置侧重化,教学检查多样化,临床科研提前化,以期培养出符合国家需要的口腔医师。
Objective The purpose of this paper is to present the status quo of the two cultivation schemes and discuss how to optimize the existing cultivation schemes.Methods By comparing the differences between the two training methods and the demand of the country for general stomatologists at present,the characteristics of the two training methods and the types of medical talents are analyzed.Results“5+3”integrated training program of Stomatology students is one of the important modes of oral high-level personnel training,which is different from the traditional five-year undergraduate in terms of students’overall quality and training coherence.Conclusion In order to train stomatologists who meet the needs of the country,it is necessary to focus on the curriculum setting,diversify the teaching inspection and advance the clinical scientific research for the“5+3”integrated students.
