摘要
目的体外观察不同机械指数超声对微泡造影剂的作用。方法设置不同机械指数,采集超声体外辐照纤维素管内微泡的造影图像,观察其中微泡浓度变化,分析不同机械指数条件下微泡的运动趋势;拟合微泡运动速率曲线,分析微泡运动规律。结果低机械指数对微泡无明显破坏作用,微泡运动速率呈线性变化;随着机械指数增加,微泡运动速率增加;机械指数>0.22时,微泡在超声作用下迅速向对侧以较高速率运动,运动至对侧后出现破裂现象。结论不同机械指数下,超声对微泡造影剂的作用存在区别,低机械指数时以推移作用为主,高机械指数可致微泡破裂。
Objective To observe the in vitro effect of ultrasound with different mechanical indexes on microbubbles contrast agent.Methods Different mechanical indexes were set to acquire the contrast images of microbubbles in ultrasonic irradiation cellulose tubes.Changes in the concentration of microbubbles in the images were observed,and the movement trend of microbubbles under different mechanical indexes were analyze.Then the velocity curve of microbubbles was fitted,and movement of microbubbles were estimated.Results The microbubbles were not damaged at low mechanical indexes,and the movement rate changed linearly.The movement rate of microbubbles increased with the increase of mechanical indexes.At the mechanical indexes higher than 0.22,microbubbles moved rapidly to the opposite side with a relatively high rate under the action of ultrasound,and burst after moving to the opposite side.Conclusion The effect of ultrasound on microbubbles contrast agent was different under different mechanical indexes.Microbubbles were displaced at low mechanical indexes,and were distinctly destroyed at high mechanical indexes.
