摘要
在当前医学科技快速发展的同时,由于部分疾病治疗无效果亦或者患者机体功能障碍严重,增加了各类疾病患者死亡率。而在这一情况下,给予患者临终关怀能够最大限度上实现人道主义精神,改善患者家属心理情绪。而预立医疗照护计划发展迅速,被越来越多患者所了解,提高患者临终关怀质量具有显著效果,而具体分析预立医疗照护计划发展实施现状,对提高该计划发展方式具有显著意义,符合我国社会发展需要。文章以我国人民长期受儒家传统文化和生死观的影响,当前临终关怀的迅速发展,而终末期患者的生存质量及死亡质量较为低下为背景,阐述了当前预立医疗照护计划在国内外的实施现状,并对导致我国该现状的原因进行简要的分析。
With the rapid development of current medical technology,the mortality of patients with various diseases has increased due to the ineffective treatment of some diseases or the severe dysfunction of the patient’s body.In this case,giving patients hospice care can maximize the humanitarian spirit and improve the psychological mood of the patients’families.The advance care planning has developed rapidly and was understood by more and more patients.It has a significant effect in improving the quality of patient hospice care.The specific analysis of the current status of the development and implementation of the advance care planning is of significant significance to improving the development of the plan,and is in line with the needs of my country’s social development.Based on the background that the Chinese people have long been influenced by the traditional Confucian culture and the life and death concept,the current hospice care is developing rapidly,and the end-stage patients'quality of life and death are relatively low as the background,the article explains the implementation of the current pre-established medical care plan at home and abroad The status quo,and a brief analysis of the reasons leading to the status quo in our country.
