摘要
家庭参与和家庭关系对建立预立医疗照护计划有着重要的影响。因此,要有效推动预立医疗照顾计划,家人参与是绝不能忽略的。本文综述了"以家庭为中心"的预立医疗照护计划相关概念,分析了家庭参与对制定预立医疗照护计划的重要性,总结了如何实践"以家庭为中心"的预立医疗照护计划,为我国推动"以家庭为中心"的预立医疗照护计划提供理论依据和实践指导。
It has been well documented that family participation and family relation have significant influences on the implementation of advance care planning. It is therefore important to involve family members in advance care planning. This article aims to describe the related concepts of family-centered advance care planning and to explore how family participation and family relations affect the implementation of advance care planning. Implications for promoting family-centered advance care planning in China are also discussed.
