摘要
中华传统文化博大精深,意义深远,高校心理健康教育的内容需要实时丰富,形式需要不断提升。将中华优秀传统文化的寓言故事、人物典故、经典诗词等精髓融入高校心理健康教育课程,有利于大学生再次吸取传统文化精华,实践于行,内化于心,增加心理健康知识,提高心理健康水平。
Traditional Chinese culture is extensive and profound,and has far-reaching significance;the content of mental health education in colleges and universities needs to be enriched in real time,and the form needs to be continuously improved.Incorporating the essence of Chinese excellent traditional culture,such as fables,allusions,classic poems,etc.into the mental health education curriculum of colleges and universities,can help college students absorb the essence of traditional culture again,practice them,and internalize them to increase their mental health knowledge and improve their mental health.
