摘要
针对某项目中1台具有变循环压力工况的设备,在使用过程中出现的泄漏情况,分析了设备的设计过程存在的问题。结果表明,主要原因是设计只按静设备工况设计,未充分考虑变循环压力工况,导致设备出现泄漏。变循环压力工况的设备设计时需要考虑疲劳载荷分析,采用低疲劳曲线方法得出可循环压力次数进行校核,只有可循环压力次数大于设计使用期限内压力循环变化的次数,才能保证变循环压力工况的设备符合安全标准。
The leakage occurred on a device with variable circulating pressure in a project.The analysis of the design process shows that the main reason is that the designer still designs the device according to a static condition and does not fully consider the variable circulating pressure condition.The fatigue analysis should be considered in the design of device with variable cyclic pressure,and the low fatigue curve method should be used to get the allowed number of cyclic pressure times for checking.Only the allowed number of cyclic pressure times is bigger than the number of variable cycle pressure times in the designed service life,the device with variable cyclic pressure is safety.
