摘要
本文结合氧气球罐的运行工况 ,就氧气球罐的低循环疲劳问题进行了讨论。讨论结果表明 ,氧气球罐的运行工况呈周期性的压力波动 ,承受的是交变循环载荷 ,是一种高应变、低循环疲劳 ,即低循环疲劳问题。其失效形式为疲劳破坏 ,因而不同于仅考虑强度破坏的情况 ,在设计中应依据相关标准进行应力分析设计。
Combining witle the opration state of the oxygen spherical tanks,this paper discusses problem on low cycle fatigue for oxygen spherical tanks.Discussion result indicates that the opration state of the oxygen spherical tanks appears periodically pressue fluctuation and the oxygen spherical tanks bears a alternate cycle load which is a hight strain and low cycle fatigue,or problem on low cycle tatigue.The defeat form of the oxygen spherical tanks is fatigue destruction.So it is different that considers only strength destruction and ought to use design by stress analysis in design of the oxygen sphcrical tanks accorging to related standard.
