摘要
针对深海采矿独立式开采方案,建立了铰刀式集矿头抽吸流域模型,基于fluent平台对铰刀式集矿头抽吸多金属硫化物过程进行了数值模拟,分析了结构参数、外部环境参数及工作参数对于抽吸特性的影响。研究表明,管道入口形状对抽吸进程影响不大,管道入口偏移角度、颗粒粒径、抽吸流量及铰刀转速对抽吸进程有较大影响。建议使用腰圆形入口、偏移角度不超过30度、破碎后的粒径范围为10mm~30mm、抽吸流量取值范围为1061m^(3)/h~1237m^(3)/h、铰刀转速取值范围为20r/min~40r/min。研究为铰刀式集矿头结构和工况设计提供了理论依据。
The flow filed model of reamer collector head was established according to the independent mining scheme for deep sea mining. Based on the Fluent platform, the suction process of seafloor massive sulfide(SMS) sucked by reamer collector head was simulated. The effects of structural parameters, external environmental parameters, and operating parameters on the suction characteristics were analyzed. The results indicate that the shape of the inlet has little effect on the suction process. The offset angle, the particle size, the suction flow rate, and the reamer rotation speed have a great influence on the suction process. It is suggested that using waist round entrance, offset angle not exceeding 30 degrees, particle size after crushing between 10 mm and 30 mm, suction flow rate between 1061 m^(3)/h and 1237 m^(3)/h, and reamer rotation speed between 20 r/min and 40 r/min.
