摘要
针对绞吸式挖泥船在工作过程中泥沙吸入量过低的问题,采用CFX软件对绞刀流场进行数值模拟,模拟结果显示,较进口泥沙量而言,绞刀转速对泥沙吸入量的影响更明显,在挖泥船工作过程中,可以通过设置合适的绞刀转速来提高泥沙的产量。
Aiming at the problem of sediment low intake in the working process of cutter suction dredger,CFX software is used to numerical simulation of reamer flow to analyze the influence of cutter speed and inlet mass flow sediment inhalation on sediment intake. The results show that compared with inlet mass flow sediment,the reamer speed impacts on sediment intake more obviously. In the process of dredging work,setting the appropriate speed can improve the sediment yield.
