摘要
目的分析标准化患者情景模拟教学法在呼吸内科临床带教中的效果。方法在2018年5月至2020年4月到我院呼吸内科实习的学生中,选取60名作为本次的研究对象,其中30名接受传统带教的实习生(2018年5月至2019年4月)纳入传统组,另外30名接受标准化患者情景模拟教学的实习生(2019年5月至2020年4月)纳入研究组。对比两组实习生对临床带教的评价结果、考核成绩。结果研究组实习生对临床带教的整体认可度高于传统组(P<0.05),且理论知识考核与临床操作考核的成绩也高于传统组(P<0.05)。结论在呼吸内科临床带教中,采用标准化患者情景模拟教学法,能有效提升实习生的理论知识与操作技能水平,且实习生对该教学模式表示了高度认可。
Objective To analyze the effect of standardized patient situation simulation teaching method in clinical teaching of respiratory medicine.Methods From May 2018 to April 2020,60 students from respiratory department of our hospital were selected as the subjects of this study,30 of whom received traditional teaching(may 2018 to April 2019)and 30 of whom received standardized patient scenario simulation teaching(may 2019 to April 2020).The evaluation results and examination results of the two groups were compared.Results The overall recognition of clinical teaching in the study group was higher than that in the traditional group(P<0.05),and the scores of theoretical knowledge assessment and clinical operation assessment were also higher than those in the traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical teaching of respiratory medicine,the standardized patient scenario simulation teaching method can effectively improve the theoretical knowledge and operational skills of the interns,and the interns have highly recognized the teaching mode.
