摘要
针对现有转载皮带机尾桁架在采煤作业后调整困难,严重影响采煤-充填循环作业的效率,通过现场观察,发现主要问题在于转载皮带桁架的调正及与后矸石充填刮板输送机的搭接。根据现场条件,对桁架吊挂点进行改造,改变吊点位置,加装千斤顶使其机尾吊点可水平顺皮带运转方向移动,前部吊点可水平沿垂直皮带运转方向移动。同时对桁架中部受力集中点进行加固,从而提高充填效率。
In view of the difficulties in adjusting the existing rear truss of the transfer belt machine after coal mining operation,which seriously affected the efficiency of coal mining-filling cycle operation,it was found that the main problem lied in the adjustment of the transfer belt truss and the overlap with the rear gangue filling scraper conveyor through on-site observation.According to the site conditions,the hanging point of the truss was modified by changing the position of the hanging point and adding a jack so that the hanging point at the end of the machine could be moved horizontally in the direction of belt operation and the hanging point at the front could be moved horizontally in the direction of vertical belt operation.At the same time,the central stress concentration point of the truss was reinforced,so as to improve the filling efficiency.
