摘要
提出了一种利用煤矸石直接填充采空巷道的煤矿专用矸石回填机。该机由切顶支撑、机座、转向工作台、抛射带式输送机以及可伸缩带式输送机五大部件组成。采用液压作为动力源,液压缸为动力执行元件,进行机械的移动和调偏,实现了其自动控制,使得矸石回填效率大大提高。此外,大大简化该矸石回填机的行走底盘,省去减速器等一系列的辅助部件,减少成本,提高了回填机的平稳性和机动性。
The design provides a special mine waste backfiller, which can make waste fill in the empty roadways directly. The machine composes of five components, including roof-cutting support, frame, rotary worktable, projectile belt conveyer and retractable belt conveyer. Taking hydraulic pressure as power supply and hydraulic cylinder as power element, it realizes its autocontrol through the mechanical motion and adjustment and improves the waste backfilling efficiency. Besides, this simplifies the moving chassis of the backfiller, leaves out a series of auxiliary components, such as reducer, reduces the cost, and improves the bachfiller stationarity and flexibility.
