摘要
为更好地提高建设工程管理,加快工程审批效能,针对建设工程施工中在办理施工许可与工程竣工验收备案手续时,办理时间过长等相关问题进行了分析。给出了如何加快实施建设工程施工许可与竣工验收备案制的相应建议及具体措施,以期为类似工程提供参考。
To better improve the management of construction projects and speed up the efficiency of project approval,the problems related to the overlong processing time when handling the construction permit and project completion acceptance registration procedures during project construction are analyzed.The corresponding suggestions and specific measures on how to speed up the implementation of construction permit and completion acceptance registration system of construction projects are given,so as to provide reference for similar projects.
