摘要
目的对儿科重症监护室(PICU)行机械通气的患儿实施目标性镇静护理的效果进行观察。方法回顾性分析2017年1月至2019年6月期间肇庆市第一人民医院PICU行机械通气治疗的110例患儿,根据护理方法的不同分为对照组(n=55,常规镇静护理)与观察组(n=55,目标性镇静护理),比较两组护理效果。结果在护理后第3、5及7天等不同时间RSS评分方面,观察组分别为(3.72±0.31)分、(4.24±0.42)分、(4.67±0.56)分,均高于对照组的(3.08±0.19)分、(3.25±0.22)分、(3.51±0.26)分,两组差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05);在机械通气时间、抗生素使用时间及PICU治疗时间方面,观察组分别为(7.86±1.91)h、(11.07±1.52)h、(11.58±2.03)h,均短于对照组的(11.63±2.67)h、(14.38±2.19)h、(14.89±2.57)h,两组差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论目标性镇静护理在PICU机械通气患儿护理中应用,可提升患儿镇静效果,提高机械通气治疗效果,缩短患儿PCIU治疗时间,值得推广应用。
Objective To observe the efficacy of targeted sedation nursing in children undergoing mechanical ventilation in pediatric intensive care unit(PICU).Methods A total of 110 children undergoing mechanical ventilation admitted to PICU of the First People’s Hospital of Zhaoqing City from January 2017 to June 2019 was retrospectively analyzed.And they were divided into the control group(n=55,with conventional sedation nursing)and the observation group(n=55,with targeted sedation nursing)according to different nursing methods,and the nursing efficacies of the two groups were compared.Results On the 3 rd,5 th,7 th day after nursing,the RSS scores of the observation group were(3.72±0.31)points,(4.24±0.42)points and(4.67±0.56)points respectively,all higher than(3.08±0.19)points,(3.25±0.22)points and(3.51±0.26)points of the control group,with statistically significant differences(all P<0.05).In terms of mechanical ventilation time,antibiotic use time and PICU treatment time,the observation group were(7.86±1.91)h,(11.07±1.52)h and(11.58±2.03)h respectively,all shorter than(11.63±2.67)h,(14.38±2.19)h and(14.89±2.57)h,all with statistically significant differences(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of targeted sedation nursing in taking care of children with PICU mechanical ventilation can increase the sedation efficacy of children,improve the therapeutic efficacy of mechanical ventilation,and shorten the treatment time of children in PICU,which is worthy of promotion and application.
