摘要
目的 探讨集束化气道护理在高血压性脑出血术后机械通气患者中的应用效果.方法 选取2017年6月~2019年3月我院收治的100例高血压性脑出血术后机械通气患者作为研究对象,按照入院顺序的不同分为观察组(50例)和对照组(50例).观察组采用集束化气道护理,对照组采用常规护理.比较两组的机械通气时间、重症监护室(ICU)停留时间、焦虑和抑郁评分、护理不良事件总发生率.结果 观察组的机械通气时间和ICU停留时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后的焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的护理不良事件总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 高血压性脑出血术后机械通气患者实施集束化气道护理能缩短患者的机械通气时间和ICU停留时间,改善患者的负面情绪,降低患者的不良事件发生风险,值得临床推广应用.
Objective To explore the application effect of bundled airway nursing in patients with mechanical ventilation after hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods One hundred patients with mechanical ventilation after hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage treated in our hospital from June 2017 to March 2019 were selected as research objects,they were divided into observation group(50 cases)and control group(50 cases)according to the different admission order.The observation group was given intensive airway nursing,while the control group was given routine nursing.The mechanical ventilation time,ICU stay time,anxiety and depression scores,and the total incidence of nursing adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The mechanical ventilation time and ICU stay time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of nursing adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After the operation of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage,the mechanical ventilation time and ICU stay time of the patients can be shortened,the negative emotions of the patients can be improved,and the risk of adverse events can be reduced.It is worthy of clinical application.
