摘要
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,居民对肉类产品的需求量也越来越大,屠宰场的数量和规模也处于急速上升阶段,因此,屠宰废水的排放量也不断增加。屠宰废水具有有机物含量高,水质、水量随时间变化大等特点,因此处理难度较大、处理费用较高。开发高效、节能、快捷的屠宰废水处理技术受到研究人员高度重视。在结合屠宰废水的产生过程和屠宰废水的水质特性的基础上,研究中外主流的生物处理方法,总结国内外学者的研究方法和成效以及仍待解决的问题,对未来技术的发展提出探讨。
With the continuous improvement of people's living standards,residents'demand for meat products is also increasing,and the number and scale of slaughterhouses are also in a rapid rise stage.Therefore,the discharge of slaughterhouse wastewater is also increasing.Slaughter wastewater has the characteristics of high organic content,large water volume,and uneven discharge,so it is difficult to treat and the treatment cost is high.Researchers attach great importance to the development of efficient,energy-saving and fast slaughter wastewater treatment technology.The paper summarizes the development of slaughter wastewater treatment technology at home and abroad,and provides reference for the application of slaughter wastewater engineering.
