摘要
介绍了UASB+射流曝气CASS工艺处理屠宰废水方案选择的依据、工艺流程、设计要点、工艺参数、经济指标和其他环保措施。设计进水水质BOD5为1100mg.L-1,COD为2400mg.L-1,ρ(SS)为600mg.L-1,ρ(NH3-N)为65mg.L-1,大肠杆菌总数为1.0×105~1.7×105 L-1。处理后的污水达到GB 13457-92中畜类屠宰加工一级标准的排放要求。
The UASB and CASS with jet aeration process was used to treat slaughterhouse wastewater.The selection base,process flow,key designing points,technological parameters,economic indicator and other environmental protection methods were introduced.Under the influent conditions of BOD5=1 100 mg·L-1,COD=2 400 mg·L-1,ρ(SS)=600 mg·L-1,ρ(NH3-N)=65 mg·L-1 and escherichia coli=1.0×105~1.7×105 L-1,it requested the slaugherhouse wastewater drained must be strictly treated to the water pollution discharge standards of meat processing industry(GB 13457-92) of domestic animal slaughter and processing A standard.The design process involved in the design of structures carried out the detailed calculation.The entire techno-logical process had the characteristics of lower investment,good treatment effect,easy technology process,using small area,running steady,and consuming lower energy.
