摘要
肉类加工废水是我国最大的有机污染源之一,该类废水具有有机物浓度高、杂质和悬浮物多、油脂浓度高等特点。对肉类加工废水的来源、危害及目前常用的处理技术进行了综述,包括生物处理方法中的厌氧生物处理法、好氧生物处理法;新出现的技术方法如改进型厌氧生物处理法、改进型好氧生物处理法、厌氧-好氧生物组合方法。对上述各方法的机理、研究进展、优缺点进行了评述,同时展望了处理肉类加工废水的技术和方法的发展趋势。
Meat processing wastewater is one of the biggest organic pollutions in China,which is characterized by highconcentration of organic matters,lots of impurities,SS and high grease. The sources,harmfulness and treatment technologiescurrently used in meat processing wastewater treatment were reviewed. Biological treatment methods include anaerobicbiological treatment and aerobic biological treatment;new treatment technologies include improved anaerobic biologicaltreatment method,improved aerobic biological treatment method and anaerobic aerobic combination method. Themechanisms,research progress,advantages and disadvantages of the above mentioned treatment techniques were discussed.Development trends of these techniques and methods were forecasted.
