摘要
针对食品加工过程中产生的废水有机物及氮磷浓度高等特点,采用气浮-两级UBF-A/O(MBBR)-陶瓷膜MBR组合工艺进行处理,介绍了主要设计参数、设备配置、运行效果及处理费用。长期稳定运行结果表明,出水COD、BOD_(5)、NH_(3)-N、TN和TP的质量浓度分别为47、6、3、11、0.4 mg/L,优于GB 18918-2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》中的一级B标准和GB/T 18920-2002《城市污水再生利用城市杂用水水质》中冲厕、道路清扫、城市绿化的标准。
As food processing wastewater is characterized by high concentrations of organic matters,nitrogen and phosphorus,air flotation-two stage UBF-A/O(MBBR)-ceramic membrane MBR combined process was adopted for its treatment.The main design parameters,equipment layout,operation effect and treatment cost were introduced.The long-term stable operation results shows that,the mass concentrations of COD,BOD_(5),NH_(3)-N,TN and TP in the effluent water are 47,6,3,11 and 0.4 mg/L respectively,which is superior to the requirement of level B grade 1 in GB 18918-2002 Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant,and the standard for toilet flushing,road cleaning and urban landscaping in GB/T 18920-2002 Reuse of urban recycling water-water quality standard for urban miscellaneous water consumption.
