摘要
目的探讨卡孕栓联合缩宫素预防阴道分娩产妇产后出血的效果.方法选取2018年1月—2019年12月昌图县第二医院经阴道分娩的90例产妇为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各45例.对照组产后给予缩宫素宫颈注射,观察组产后给予缩宫素宫颈注射联合卡孕栓舌下含服.观察并比较两组产后出血情况及药物不良反应发生情况.结果观察组产后出血率为0%,低于对照组的15.56%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组产后2 h和24 h出血量均少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组药物不良反应总发生率为13.33%,高于对照组的11.11%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论卡孕栓联合缩宫素能够有效预防产后出血,减少出血量,而且不会增加不良反应的发生,值得推广.
Objective To explore the effect of carboprost methylate suppository combined with oxytocin in the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage in vaginal delivery.Methods A total of 90 cases of vaginal delivery in No2.Hospital of Changtu County from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the reference group and the study group with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given oxytocin cervical injection,and the study group was given oxytocin cervical injection combined with carboprost suppository sublingual administration.The postpartum hemorrhage and adverse drug reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The postpartum hemorrhage rate of the study group was 0,which was significantly lower than 15.56%of the reference group(P<0.05).The amount of postpartum 2 hours and 24 hours bleeding in the study group was significantly less than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse drug reactions in the study group was 13.33%,which was higher than 11.11%of the reference group,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Carboprost suppository combined with oxytocin can effectively prevent postpartum hemorrhage,reduce the amount of bleeding,and will not increase the incidence of adverse reactions,which is worth promoting.
