摘要
目的探讨米索前列醇治疗妊娠期高血压产后出血的临床效果及其安全性。方法回顾性选取2020年1月—2022年1月福建医科大学附属泉州第一医院收治的妊娠期高血压产后出血患者120例的临床资料,根据治疗药物的不同进行分组,对照组60例使用缩宫素治疗,观察组60例在对照组基础上使用米索前列醇治疗,对比两组患者临床治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率为98.33%,高于对照组的86.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.324,P<0.05)。观察组产后2、24 h的出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者血压、心率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组的血压、心率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论米索前列醇治疗妊娠期高血压产后出血的效果显著,安全性高,可以减少产后出血量,降低血压。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of misoprostol in the treatment of postpartum hemor⁃rhage in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension.Methods The clinical data of 120 cases of hyperemesis gravi⁃darum postpartum hemorrhage patients admitted to the Quanzhou First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical Univer⁃sity from January 2020 to January 2022 were retrospectively selected,and divided them according to the difference of therapeutic drugs,60 cases in the control group were treated with hysterotonin,60 cases in the observation group were treated with misoprostol on the basis of the control group,and compared the clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results The total effective rate of 98.33%in the observation group was higher than 86.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.324,P<0.05).The bleeding in the observation group was less than that in the control group at 2 h and 24 h after delivery,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the blood pressure and heart rate of the two groups were compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the blood pressure and heart rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Misoprostol is ef⁃fective and safe in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension,and can reduce the amount of postpartum bleeding and reduce blood pressure.
