摘要
目的了解天津市各级医疗机构环境动态空气消毒效果,为进一步加强新冠肺炎防控提供依据。方法采用自然沉降法,对天津市部分公立医疗机构室内空气进行动态监测与分析。结果天津市远郊区和环城四区的三级医院室内空气中菌数显著高于市区和滨海新区;远郊区二级医院室内空气中菌数显著高于市区、滨海新区和环城四区;远郊区一级医院室内空气中菌数显著高于市区。结论天津市各级医疗机构室内空气卫生质量整体较好,监测结果较好,但部分地区应进一步加强医疗机构密闭空间空气的动态消毒工作。
Objective To know the disinfection effect of environmental dynamic air in medical institutions at all levels in Tianjin,so as to provide a basis for further strengthening the prevention and control of COVID-19.Methods Plate sedimentation method was used to dynamically monitor and analyze the indoor air of some public medical institutions in Tianjin.Results The number of bacteria in the indoor air of the Level-Ⅲhospitals in the outer suburbs and four districts around the city was significantly higher than that in the urban area and Binhai New Area;the number of bacteria in the indoor air of the Level-Ⅱhospitals in the suburbs was significantly higher than that in the urban area or Binhai New Area and fourdistricts around the city;the number of bacteria in the indoor air of the Level-I hospitals in the suburbs was significantly higher than that in the urban areas.Conclusion The indoor air hygiene quality of medical institutions at all levels in Tianjin is generally good according to the monitoring results.However,in some areas,dynamic disinfection of air in confined spaces in medical institutions should be further strengthened.
