摘要
当前,我国正在全面推进国家机关办公建筑和大型公共建筑节能管理工作,促进既有高耗能国家机关办公建筑和大型公共建筑节能运行和改造。本文在对上海市7处机关办公建筑用能结构和能耗特点深入调研的基础上,分析总结了机关办公建筑常见的能耗症结和节能潜力,为有针对性地开展机关办公建筑节能改造工作提供借鉴。
Currently China is promoting the energy-saving management of office buildings of state organs and large public buildings in an all-round way, and boosting the energy-saving operation and renovation of existing high energy-consuming office buildings of state organs and large public buildings. On the basis of in-depth research on energy-using structures and energy-consuming characteristics of seven government office buildings in Shanghai, the article analyzes and summarizes common energy-consuming problems and energy-saving potential of government office buildings, thus providing reference for carrying out energy-saving renovation of government office buildings in a targeted way.
