摘要
运用积分制管理班级,为培养学生的管理能力打下了良好的基础,对提高学生学习精神,促进学生全面发展发挥了重要作用。教师要掌握积分管理的本质,抓住积分管理制度的关键,制定合理的方案促进学生发展;提升自己的专业水平之后,应用积分制并选择好的方式,让学生最大限度地调动自我管理的积极性,尽情享受自我管理的快乐。
