摘要
数字化、智能化时代,服务型企业处于快速变革的外部环境中,在不断迭代的突破性技术赋能驱动下,构筑服务生态系统的新型组织模式,以在系统动态演化中获取持续竞争优势。以拾互动文化交流有限公司为典型案例,剖析迭代技术赋能于企业服务生态系统,驱动具有多层面结构的系统演化的内在机理。结果发现,第一,不断迭代的技术是企业实施创新战略的关键推动因素,赋能驱动企业服务生态系统能力提升。第二,企业服务生态系统在宏观、中观、微观层面内发生层内互动及跨层交互,形成行动者及资源等创新系统组件有机耦合的服务生态系统互动结构,这种多层面结构是行动者进行资源整合及服务交换的基础。第三,服务生态系统的动态演化在技术赋能机制、系统学习机制及系统嵌入机制的作用下实现。当下阶段突破性技术的赋能及前一阶段系统涌现的价值共创行为,驱动服务生态系统向下一阶段动态迭代并持续演化,实现系统从无序到有序,从低级到高级的协同共生。
In the era of digitalization and intelligence,advanced technologies such as cloud computing,Internet of Things,artificial intelligence and virtual reality are developing rapidly,which promotes the formation of a complex and changeable external environment for the economy and society.The maintaining time of enterprises is shortened,and diversified resources that create competitive advantages are difficult to sustain.Therefore,enterprises must build an industrial organization model of service ecosystem,absorb breakthrough technologies,explore more advanced means of understanding the market and serving customers,and then realize the continuous gain of their sustainable competitive advantages.Adhering to the logic of"technology-enablement-ecosystem-evolution",this paper selects Ten10 Cultural Exchange Co.,Ltd.as a typical case,focusing on its marketing communication service ecosystem constructed by adopting breakthrough technological agile innovation.Based on the structured theory and service-dominant logic theory system,it is found that the service-oriented enterprises are embedded in the service ecosystem and apply breakthrough technologies in a business environment which highly depends on cooperation.Accordingly,we explore the innovative practices of the service-oriented enterprises to explain the iterative service ecosystem evolution path,the technology enablement mechanism and evolution mechanism.At the same time,this study also puts forward specific requirements for the management practices of focal enterprises by analyzing the complex process of obtaining sustainable competitive advantages based on ecosystem evolution in the intelligent age.The results show that:(1)In the era of intelligence,iterative technologies are the key driving factor for enterprises to implement innovation strategy.Based on the ever-changing technology,enterprises can enable the actors in the service ecosystem to improve their capabilities,realize innovation strategies,and gain sustainable competitive advantages;(2)As a new type of orga
